ERDMAN partnered with HealthSource of Ohio to develop a long-term campus strategy focused on expanding access, improving operational efficiency, and supporting future growth. That strategy established the foundation for a new 80,000 sf medical office building developed in partnership with UC Health.
The new facility brings previously disconnected services together in a coordinated outpatient environment, creating a more integrated patient experience while establishing a flexible framework for continued growth.
