Rochelle Community Hospital set out to unify two distinct rural clinics—each with its own workflows, cultures, and specialties—into a single, cohesive facility on the hospital’s main campus. The goal: enhance continuity of care, elevate operational efficiency, and reinforce the hospital’s role as a trusted local provider.

Working within the framework of rural health regulations, ERDMAN planned and designed a modern clinic that reflects streamlined care models, consistent branding, and improved team collaboration. A redesigned layout, updated staffing model, and thoughtful patient flow improvements have created a more connected and efficient environment.

Today, the clinic brings together a full spectrum of services—from orthopedics and rehabilitation to primary care and fitness—offering the community a more integrated approach to health and wellness, all in one place.
