Inspiring Leadership

We measure leadership in the behaviors a professional exhibits at ERDMAN, regardless of their title. We encourage constructive leadership at every level through a culture that promotes growth, and continuous learning. We want each teammate to reach their fullest potential and invest in their development inside and outside the workplace.

How We Do It

Monthly 1:1

Our team members meet at least once a month to exchange ideas and explore learning opportunities. ERDMAN’s unique approach to this dedicated time—centered on each team member’s individual interests—creates valuable chances to learn, grow, and share knowledge.

Career Development

We focus on the whole person, fostering personal and professional growth by empowering team members to pursue their passions and make meaningful impacts. Through structured career paths, development plans, mentorship, tools and training, we support individuals in understanding and developing themselves first.

Community Impact

Community service is important to us, both as a company and as individuals, inside and outside of the workplace.

INSPIRE

INSPIRE is ERDMAN’s premier 12-month program, combining workshops and targeted coaching to forge strong leaders who solve real business challenges, build meaningful relationships, and make a lasting impact.

Our INSPIRE graduates set the standard for leadership excellence, using Integrative Thinking to drive collective success. Alumni serve as mentors, guiding emerging leaders in solving complex challenges and advancing our vision.

We foster a culture of leadership and learning from day one, empowering our people to grow and lead with purpose.

As an important element of our transformative professional development program, Connexions, is dedicated to fostering seamless collaboration between our Business Development and Operations teams to elevate the client experience. The opportunity to participate in Connexions focuses on client retention, equipping team members with sophisticated communication and relationship management skills.

Across multiple modules with curated curriculum, participants explore key facets of client engagement and business growth, and learn skills and tools to refine their approach in an immersive learning environment. A culminating capstone project offers the opportunity to apply these techniques in a simulated client scenario, ensuring our team members emerge as confident and trusted advisors.

We take a proactive approach to aligning every team member with our integrated model, ensuring they understand not only their individual roles but also how to collaborate across disciplines for the greatest impact.

Through dedicated training and regular assessments, we equip our teams with the tools and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional results. This commitment to shared understanding and continuous learning drives consistency, fosters innovation, and strengthens our ability to meet client needs with precision and purpose.

At ERDMAN, we encourage the creation of content that adds value to our industries. Our team members conduct research, publish insights, speak at conferences, share knowledge internally, and actively maintain professional certifications.
