If a client wishes to restrict the public display of their project imagery, they must provide written notice to ERDMAN prior to publication. ERDMAN is not liable for any claims arising from the use of such content in good faith where no prior notice of restriction has been given. Upon receipt of a restriction request, ERDMAN will take reasonable steps to remove the content in a commercially reasonable timeframe.
