Intermountain Health formerly St. Vincent Healthcare set out to create more than a facility—it envisioned a place where patients could receive comprehensive, compassionate cancer care near home. To realize this vision, ERDMAN conducted a market assessment to understand regional demand, identify the optimal site, and ensure the center reflects both the surrounding landscape and the community it serves.

The result is a two-story cancer treatment center that delivers an integrated oncology continuum of care. Positioned to capture sweeping mountain views, the environment supports healing with a calming, patient-centered design. Services span chemotherapy, brachytherapy, nutrition, and naturopathy, uniting clinical excellence with holistic patient support.

Blending national expertise with local insight, the center now serves patients from across Montana and neighboring states—fulfilling St. Vincent’s goal of delivering advanced, accessible cancer care with dignity and hope.
