Faced with rising demand, Proliance Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine set out to transform care delivery —moving beyond the limits of its two-provider clinic to serve a broader, fast-growing population. ERDMAN guided site selection, planning, and design with clear priorities: expand provider capacity, enhance the patient experience, and create a surgical and diagnostic hub to support long-term growth.

The resulting outpatient center redefined Proliance’s presence in the region, tripling provider capacity and increasing service volumes. It includes a fully equipped ambulatory surgery center, MRI suite, and well-organized clinical and administrative areas that support both efficiency and patient comfort.

Infused with natural light and designed to capture views of the surrounding foothills, the building offers a calming, intuitive experience for patients and a high-performing workplace for staff. Its success led to a second engagement—an expansion that reaffirmed Proliance’s continued investment in community-focused, physician-driven care.
