This 13,400-square-foot ambulatory surgery center was developed to expand access to high-quality, low-cost outpatient procedures in the Brownwood community. Designed as a physician-investment model, the facility offers an alternative to hospital-based surgical care, promoting efficiency and patient convenience.​

The center features three state-of-the-art operating rooms and 13 pre-operative and recovery bays, supporting a range of low-risk surgical specialties. The site was strategically selected and master-planned to accommodate future expansion, ensuring long-term adaptability as community needs evolve.​

ERDMAN provided comprehensive services, including programmatic planning, architectural and engineering design, and construction management, delivering a high-performance facility that supports both clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
