Medical Office Building

To improve access and streamline specialty services, Memorial Hospital of Converse County set out to develop a new medical office building that would unify its outpatient care delivery. The existing hospital housed individual practices on a dedicated floor, each operating in its own suite—leading to fragmentation and inefficiencies that hindered collaboration.

ERDMAN partnered with the hospital to provide planning, design, and construction services, using an interactive process to help reshape how care is delivered. The result: a 22,000-square-foot facility adjacent to the hospital that consolidates administrative functions, fosters cross-specialty integration, and supports a more coordinated, cohesive patient experience.

Designed with future flexibility in mind, the new space expands clinical offerings, strengthens operational efficiency, and reinforces the hospital’s long-standing role as a trusted healthcare provider for the community.
