Understanding the critical role of urgent care in modern healthcare systems, Tenet Healthcare selected ERDMAN to execute its ambitious, three-year national expansion strategy. This initiative involved the design and construction of 50 clinics, ranging from 2,500 to 6,000 SF, across both freestanding sites and adaptive reuse of retail spaces. Each clinic includes labs, exam rooms, and imaging capabilities—offering comprehensive outpatient service under one roof.
ERDMAN led a collaborative, multi-stakeholder process to create a detailed “playbook” for standardized clinic deployment. This ensured consistency, enabled fast rollout, and supported ongoing improvements in both facility design and operational workflows.
Formerly marketed under the MedPost brand, one of the largest urgent care providers at the time, they have since been acquired by HCA Healthcare, who continues to operate the centers nationally.
While brand ownership has shifted, the standardized ERDMAN-designed clinics continue to support digital integration, clinical efficiency, and elevated patient experience—underscoring the enduring value of a strong rollout foundation.
