St. Luke’s sought to boost recognition of its position as the provider of choice for surgical care services and increase market share. To help St. Luke’s expand its ability to provide such premier care close to home, ERDMAN was retained to design a healthcare facility with state-of-the-art operating rooms, create efficient surgical flows, and plan for an exceptional patient experience.

Through successful collaboration on the complex design, coupled with the integration of imaging technology, St. Luke’s now has leading surgical capabilities that were once unavailable in the area. The design improved flow and efficiency by wrapping the surgical suite around a central staging area, then wrapping private pre-op/post-op rooms around the surgical suite.
