Responding to a growing need to offer accessible, multispecialty care in California’s Temescal Valley, Riverside Medical Clinic partnered with ERDMAN to plan, design, and construct its new clinic. Goals included providing members with access to cutting-edge technology and quality care in one convenient location. Other objectives included developing a prototype that can be deployed throughout Southern California’s Inland Empire, emphasizes Riverside Medical Clinic’s reputation for exceptional care, and strengthens the organization’s ability to support recruitment and increase market share.

Having assessed area growth and demand, a high-profile site was selected for the new flagship clinic. Located off a main freeway exit, the site and facility’s main entrances are easily accessible. Programming allowed for service-line growth, where new offerings range from primary care to outpatient surgery. The design was strategically planned to reinforce the clinic’s brand and connection to the community, and to enhance wayfinding. As a result, the facility cements Riverside Medical Clinic’s status as a premier provider of healthcare and wellness in the area.
