Freestanding Ambulatory Surgery Center

This freestanding ambulatory surgery center provided the opportunity to expand access, provide a low-cost alternative to hospital-based, low-risk outpatient procedures, and provide investment opportunities for physicians.

ERDMAN developed programmatic design alternatives and constructed a top-notch facility. The site offered future expansion, and the 13,400 square-foot facility included three operating rooms and 13 pre-op/recovery rooms.
