Stunning healthcare facility doubles service volumes, increases market share, and creates greater access to care in a rapidly growing community
Proliance Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine was looking to meet health demands in a rapidly growing area. As part of this major undertaking, ERDMAN was selected to identify a new site and design a healthcare facility with certain goals in mind. At a minimum, Proliance sought to triple the number of providers when compared to its last clinic, as well as increase market share and have a new ambulatory surgery center with MRI capabilities. It was additionally important to improve the overall patient experience and provide an outstanding workplace for physicians and staff.
The Issaquah Highlands Outpatient Center created growth from a two-provider office to a seven-provider medical facility. This, combined with the successful recruitment of first-rate physicians and staff, nearly doubled service volumes. The stunning healthcare environment offers patient privacy, outdoor views of the mountainous Pacific Northwest, and state-of-the-art technology, and increases access to care. Several years after the project’s completion, ERDMAN partnered again with Proliance to complete an addition to the center.
