Janet Lively McCauley leads ERDMAN’s healthcare market sector, developing and implementing the strategy for how we meet client needs. In partnership with the President & CEO and her fellow senior leaders, she shapes our view of where healthcare is going, defines our healthcare business development strategy, and collaborates with healthcare leaders across the country. Through her authentic approach, she builds highly trusted relationships and engages teams in developing focused, forward-thinking solutions for clients.

A servant leader, Janet serves as the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Foundation Board of Trustees President and is a Chapter Past President, is President-elect for the KY Chapter of the Association of Medical Facilities Professionals, is a Director on the Norton Healthcare Foundation Board, The Kentucky Derby Festival Board of Directors, maintains active memberships in SMPS and the Society for Healthcare Strategy & Market Development, and is a donor to several civic organizations.

Paul plays a pivotal role in leading our dynamic architectural and engineering team. As the managing principal, he provides strategic direction to our studio’s activities, guiding ERDMAN’s continued success and reputation as a leader in architectural and engineering excellence. He actively collaborates with project teams and clients, serving as an advocate for our values and acting as the primary point of contact for complex projects. His involvement ensures that ERDMAN’s commitment to excellence is upheld.

In addition to his responsibilities within the studio, Paul is a key partner to the President & CEO and the senior leadership team. Together, they craft organizational strategies and long-range plans that are instrumental in ensuring we consistently meet the commitments we make to our clients and projects.

He collaborates closely with the President & CEO and senior leadership team to develop and implement ERDMAN’s strategic goals and initiatives across all facets of construction, including preconstruction, purchasing, and safety. His history demonstrates a thorough understanding of the multifaceted demands of the construction industry and a proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve excellence.

Leveraging over 30 years of financial experience and leadership, Mary leads ERDMAN’s financial and accounting services team in support of achieving our strategic vision. As a seasoned financial professional, she works closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to inform strategic direction, manage growth, and optimize business investments. Mary brings expertise in finance, administration, and risk management including financial strategy development, metrics tracking, and forecasting. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Mary serves on the Construction and Remodeling Advisory Board with Madison College and is a member of TEMPO of Madison as well as FEI CFO Roundtable.

Greg also provides strategic solutions to meet client needs while helping preserve their debt capacity and maintain their flexibility.

Andrea Hopkins oversees ERDMAN’s strategic culture and human capital programming. As a member of the senior leadership team, she also shapes ERDMAN’s people strategy. This is achieved by instilling a constructive culture and continually challenging team members to lead and bring their best selves to any situation. Serving also as ERDMAN’s culture champion, Andrea is keenly focused on backing major change initiatives, developing measurable training programs, providing extensive coaching, and leading process improvements. Her efforts strengthen organizational effectiveness as defined by ERDMAN’s strategic plan. Andrea’s impact is further amplified by culture-specialized accreditations. She is an Organizational Development Certified Professional, and holds several certifications from Human Synergistics, which specializes in organizational development and workplace culture.
