Leveraging over 30 years of financial experience and leadership, Mary leads ERDMAN’s financial and accounting services team in support of achieving our strategic vision. As a seasoned financial professional, she works closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to inform strategic direction, manage growth, and optimize business investments. Mary brings expertise in finance, administration, and risk management including financial strategy development, metrics tracking, and forecasting. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Mary serves on the Construction and Remodeling Advisory Board with Madison College and is a member of TEMPO of Madison as well as FEI CFO Roundtable.

Kerry supports ERDMAN in developing solutions that improve the service and delivery of patient care while maximizing operational efficiencies and profitability. Kerry leads our healthcare client engagement strategy. She also oversees ERDMAN’s Advisory Services team. This group supports healthcare organizations in solving the complex problems of today and tomorrow through services such as strategic planning, market and competitive analysis, service-line development, and much more.

As a Senior Healthcare Executive, Kerry has considerable experience in integrated delivery networks, hospital operations, and healthcare administration. Her key areas of expertise include clinical operations, program development and healthcare construction. She is highly skilled in finance, operations, physician relations, patient-centered care delivery, and quality.

Kerry collaborates with ERDMAN’s multidisciplinary team of healthcare experts to help define systems and environments of care for integrated health systems, community hospitals, and physician practices. Through her leadership, she advances solutions that result in operational and experiential excellence to drive the patient experience and provider engagement.

Scott Nugent has more than 25 years of experience in design, construction, and development of healthcare, corporate, and commercial facilities. He is adept in the use of lean methodologies and continuous improvement techniques. In his role, Scott leads a national team focused on the delivery of healthcare and senior living projects. He also acts as the senior-level delivery expert as he collaborates with our clients, leaders, and project teams to produce exceptional project outcomes.

At ERDMAN, Greg leads our real estate development strategy. This includes supporting clients with structuring and financing projects to optimize their cost of capital. Greg also provides strategic solutions to meet client needs while helping preserve their debt capacity and maintain their flexibility.

Andrea Hopkins oversees ERDMAN’s strategic culture and human capital programming. As a member of the senior leadership team, she also shapes ERDMAN’s people strategy. This is achieved by instilling a constructive culture and continually challenging team members to lead and bring their best selves to any situation. Serving also as ERDMAN’s culture champion, Andrea is keenly focused on backing major change initiatives, developing measurable training programs, providing extensive coaching, and leading process improvements. Her efforts strengthen organizational effectiveness as defined by ERDMAN’s strategic plan. Andrea’s expertise is further amplified by recent culture-specialized accreditations. She is an Organizational Development Certified Professional, and holds several certifications from Human Synergistics, which specializes in organizational development and workplace culture.
