Women’s Care Center

To recapture market share and elevate reginal women’s care, the NCH envisioned a Women’s Care Center that would serve as a model for innovation, clinical excellence, and patient experience. Achieving the goal meant creating a destination for wellness across the continuum, attracting physicians and engaging the community.

One element in a phased approach, the Center blends spa-like comfort with clinical sophistication. Employing evidence-based principles, the environment features flexible exam consultation, and counseling spaces. To support emotional wellness, design minimizes noise, defines zones for clarity, and incorporates natural light and biophilic elements.

Technology, inclusive furnishings, enhanced lighting, and intuitive wayfinding contribute to a seamless, personalized care experience.
