MADISON, WIS. – As ERDMAN continues to grow and evolve, we are excited to announce Kerry Swanson’s promotion to Senior Vice President Healthcare. After serving as an Executive Advisor, Kerry formally joined ERDMAN in March 2021 as Managing Director, Advisory Services. Kerry brings over 30 years of healthcare experience. A registered nurse, Kerry has held a variety of hospital and regional executive leadership roles including CNO, COO, President, Regional Chief Operating Officer, and Regional President & CEO. As President of St. Mary’s Hospital Janesville, Kerry led the formation of the operational team and oversaw the planning, construction, activation, and successful growth of that hospital.

Kerry is an accomplished healthcare executive focused on improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve. As Senior Vice President of Healthcare, she will provide leadership in healthcare strategy, advancing our advisory services practice, including our ZeroInTM analytics platform, and continue positioning ERDMAN at the forefront of innovation in healthcare strategy, design, and delivery.
