As ERDMAN continues to invest in developing leaders, we are excited to announce Janet Lively McCauley, CPSM has been promoted to Vice President of Healthcare. She joined ERDMAN in 2022, serving as Vice President, Business Development – Healthcare. In 2023, she began overseeing the firm’s marketing department, linking corporate strategy and key functional organizational areas. Through her authentic approach, she continues building highly trusted relationships and engaging teams in the development of focused, forward-thinking solutions for clients.
In her new role, she will work with other senior leaders, defining the healthcare business development strategy, leading business development and corporate marketing, spearheading the team’s efforts to connect and collaborate with healthcare leaders across the country. Her expertise in understanding client needs, expanding market awareness, and identifying new opportunities to serve clients are invaluable to the continued growth and success of ERDMAN.

Throughout her career, McCauley has developed strategies for core markets, created brand recognition, and worked together with professional and technical teams to forge lasting client relationships. In addition, McCauley has been a strategic and technical writer, contributing to healthcare and industry publications. A servant leader, she serves as the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Foundation Board of Trustees President, is a Director on the Norton Healthcare Foundation Board, The Kentucky Derby Festival Board of Directors, maintains active membership in SMPS, the Association of Medical Facilities Professionals, Society for Healthcare Strategy & Market Development, and is a donor to several civic organizations.
