HealthSource More Than Medicine 50-Year Gala

Team ERDMAN was a Gold Level Sponsor at the HealthSource More than Medicine 50-Year Gala in Cincinnati on Friday August 7, 2026. Richard, Mallory, Monica, and Mike attended the event. Mark Jones and Amy O’Connell from KZF also joined our group. Remarks from Cory Shaw, President and CEO of UC Health and Dr. Jody Prather, President and CEO of HealthSource, included the public announcement of our project in Batavia, Ohio. Over 550 people attended the Gala, and the announcement of the project was well received. ERDMAN produced a two-minute video and fly-around of the project, with narration and music, and illustration boards of the project were also unveiled at the gala.

The project is a nearly 80,000 square foot medical office and ambulatory health facility, featuring a retail and specialty care pharmacy, optometry services, urgent care, family medicine and OB Gyn clinics by HealthSource, a federally qualified health center, and multi-specialty care clinics, rehabilitation therapy services, imaging and lab services, and non-oncological infusion services by UC Health, the academic research medical center with the University of Cincinnati.

The two-story building is phase 1 of a multiple phased/planned development on a 35 acre site, owned by HealthSource. Future development will bring an ambulatory surgery center, cancer center, and 200-bed hospital to the campus. Phase 1 will begin site construction in September with construction of the building planned to begin in early 2027.
