Janet Lively-McCauley Joins ERDMAN’s Business Development Team

MADISON, WIS. –

Janet Lively-McCauley is ERDMAN’s new Vice President, Business Development – Healthcare. With a passion for creating lasting partnerships with clients, McCauley will be refining the business development strategy for ERDMAN’s healthcare division, leading the team’s efforts to connect and collaborate with healthcare leaders across the country, and enhancing customer experience. Her expertise in understanding client needs, expanding market share, and spearheading new projects will be invaluable to the continued growth and success of ERDMAN.

McCauley leverages over 20 years of business development experience, serving in executive roles for Schmidt Associates, Schaefer General Contracting Services, Sustain Energy Solutions, Harshaw Trane, and TEG Architects. Throughout her career, she’s developed core markets, built market awareness, and enhanced companies’ reputations.  In addition, McCauley has been a strategic and technical writer, contributing to multiple publications in the healthcare industry. McCauley is looking forward to helping clients identify effective, efficient solutions that support long-term growth and create healthier communities.
