The healthcare environment is changing rapidly. As patients take more control of their care, technologies enable real-time access to clinical and financial information and whole-person care becomes the framework for diagnostics and treatments. That means provider organizations such as hospitals, medical groups, post-acute providers, and home-care services must implement comprehensive “bricks and clicks” strategies in every service line. They must also assume greater risks for outcomes and affordability. ERDMAN’s strategic methodology and analytical tools enable healthcare organizations to pursue growth and differentiation based on where the healthcare puck is going.
