ERDMAN is leading the development of a 33,000-sf, two-story memory care addition designed to enhance an existing senior living community. The expansion will feature 36 specialized units—30 private studios and six companion suites—crafted to support personalized care within a secure, comforting environment. Thoughtfully integrated with the site’s natural topography, the design maximizes stunning views of the San Francisco Bay and provides secure indoor-outdoor access that encourages freedom and well-being.

Amenities and Safety, Seamlessly Integrated

Residents will enjoy access to a range of supportive amenities, including inviting dining areas, a central living room, salon and spa, and on-site therapy services.
