Greg Markvluwer has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate development. His in-depth expertise includes healthcare and senior living developments, and he has a proven track record of delivering cost-effective, quality projects that deliver consistent returns to equity investors. A notable project is the 160-acre Health Village campus which includes medical office, retail, banking, hotels, clinics, skilled nursing, assisted living, grocery, YMCA, anchored by the University of Michigan Health West Hospital.
