Paul plays a pivotal role in leading our dynamic architectural and engineering team. As the managing principal, he provides strategic direction to our studio’s activities, guiding ERDMAN’s continued success and reputation as a leader in architectural and engineering excellence. He actively collaborates with project teams and clients, serving as an advocate for our values and acting as the primary point of contact for complex projects. His involvement ensures that ERDMAN’s commitment to excellence is upheld.

In addition to his responsibilities within the studio, Paul is a key partner to the President & CEO,and a member of the senior leadership team. Together, they craft organizational strategies and long-range plans that are instrumental in ensuring we consistently meet the commitments we make to our clients, projects, and team members.
