The Springs of Mooresville – Assisted Living

The two-story assisted living addition at The Springs of Mooresville was thoughtfully designed to enhance the resident experience by expanding dining and activity spaces dedicated to assisted living services. The project introduces a distinct entrance for assisted living residents, reinforcing a sense of identity and independence within the greater community. A mix of studio and one-bedroom configurations supports a range of lifestyle needs, while carefully positioned windows and a rooftop patio provide abundant natural light and engaging outdoor views.

The design team carefully integrated the unique finish materials and color palette of the existing campus to maintain visual continuity and strengthen the community’s sense of place. By leveraging natural daylight and incorporating repeatable, modular design elements, the addition maximizes spatial efficiency without sacrificing comfort or character. The result is a cohesive and functional environment that supports wellness, social connection, and dignity for aging residents.
