MADISON, WIS. – ERDMAN is excited to announce a recent addition to the company’s advisory services team.
Delia Caldwell joined ERDMAN as a Director – Advisory Services. She will lead projects and client relationships across ERDMAN’s advisory services portfolio. She will additionally support planning and programming efforts to inform our design work. “Although these are unprecedented times, ERDMAN is committed to building healthier communities and Delia will be a great addition to our growing team,” says ERDMAN Senior Vice President Robert Moss. “Her expertise and diverse background will be valuable in delivering insights that support our clients’ goals and advance their care delivery models.”
Prior to joining ERDMAN, Delia worked at Catalyst (a division within Haskell). While there, she served as a Principal/Senior Healthcare Analyst performing a wide range of consulting services. Delia’s experience also includes working as a Strategic Communications Advisor and Project Leader for Nortel Networks. She additionally has extensive corporate training in lean for healthcare, project management, facilitation, process benchmarking, and more. She has further burnished her credentials by writing features in various online publications such as Healthcare Design Magazine and Healthcare IT News. Delia received her MBA from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and bachelor’s degree from Berklee College.
