As a Project Architect, Neil manages the interface between all architectural and engineering disciplines in delivering design, modeling, project management and construction administration in accordance to the design principles and business goals set forth in the preliminary design phases. During the design process, Neil oversees building exterior and interior design along with site design, code analysis, and ensures project documentation aligns with project scope, quality, schedule and budget.
