Janet Lively McCauley, CPSM, Associate AIA

As client liaison, Janet Lively McCauley brings a cohesive thread to the client experience and will foster a strong relationship throughout this collaborative relationship. She leads ERDMAN’s healthcare market sector, developing and implementing the strategy for how we meet client needs. In partnership with the President & CEO and her fellow senior leaders, she shapes our view of where healthcare is going, defines our healthcare business development strategy, and collaborates with healthcare leaders across the country. Through her authentic approach, she builds highly trusted relationships and engages teams in developing focused, forward-thinking solutions for clients.

Janet has been a solo and contributing author for articles on Healthcare Design, Health Equity/Accessibility, Sustainability and Energy Efficiency, Aging Care. She has contributed materials on these and other subjects published by Design Cost Data, KY Medical News, the Economic Club of Indiana, Southern Indiana Business Source Magazine, Kentucky Association of Manufacturers, and the US Green Building Council.

She is passionate about her profession and community, and is gives of her time as an participant several civic and professional associations.
