ERDMAN establishes a “Project Charter” with clients at inception that identifies specific, desired business results. It serves as the medium that tethers our planning, design and implementation with measurable results. This document defines goals, objectives, and the desired scope. We use this tool post-occupancy to measure success based on the goals identified in the charter. ERDMAN remains committed long after occupancy. ERDMAN’s Project Evaluation Program is comprised of five surveys, designed to measure how effectively our services and the solution we provide meet our client’s business goals. These surveys, issued at key project delivery milestones and post-occupancy, evaluate how well the facility has met its clinical, operational and business goals, as well as, aspects of the facility’s durability and maintainability. Together, the surveys ensure that our facility solutions produce outstanding and measurable results.
